Shop Verification
How shops get verified and listed
- Shops create a profile with business identity, address, services, hours, and contact details.
- The profile is submitted for review so the CarFix team can check everything before it goes live.
- We review the business name, address, and public records for consistency, and we look for obvious signs of fraud or misrepresentation before approval.
- Once approved, the shop is listed. Verification confirms that we checked the business is real. It is not an audit of insurance, licensing, workmanship, or safety, and it is not an endorsement.
Reviews usually take 1 to 2 business days. Shops that don't meet our standards won't be listed.
